Hardtop Dachträger-Stützsystem

    Just to make this clear for me: this system may be used for "hard"tops made of fibre to strengthen the whole thing and put more load on top of it?


    Looks interesting but I can't imagine that this works too well. These supporting bars are mounted to the rim and not to the bottom of the truck bed, where you have your lugs.
    AluCab hard tops for example are mounted to these as well, to gain some extra sturdiness.

    Yes it is to enable fiber tops to carry weight, you are correct that it only mounts to the truck bed rim - but so does almost every "bedrack" on the market, I assume that they do in fact work as intended:
    The last one here has a load rating of 600kg static - so I think that the rim of the bed is able to take some weight ..

    Hallo Leute!


    Sehe gerade erst, dass ich eben im falschen Bereich unterwegs war, daher klingele ich hier auch nochmal.


    Wir haben einen SC aus 2012 mit Carryboy Hardtop.


    Überlegung ist nun mal langsam von der Ladefläche auf das Dach umzuziehen. Also mit dem Bett.


    Finde im Web bei GFK immer den Hinweis auf max. (wenn überhaupt) 70 KG Dachlast. Dynamisch.


    Meine Frau und ich und ein Maggio kommen auf ca. 220 KG.


    Ein neues Hardtop ist leider raus, denn für den SC bietet KEINER mehr was an (auch wenn es auf den Websiten / Katalogen mitunter noch angezeigt wird).


    Wir können also nur auf das zurückgreifen, was montiert ist. Und ein Hardtop würde auch schon gerne aus anderen Gründen montiert lassen.


    Habe eben mit Carryboy telefoniert.


    Die 70 KG sind der offzielle Wert, bis zu dem CB getestet hat.


    Man hätte vor Ort aber mittlerweile mit einer ortsansässigen TU probiert was geht und dabei festgestellt, dass bis 350 KG kein Problem sind. Auch ohne Innenverstrebung. Und ja, bei dem GFK Hardtop.


    Was haltet Ihr davon? Hat hier einer Erfahrung mit Dachzelt oder ähnlicher Last auf einem nicht verstärktem Hardtop aus GFK? Im besten Fall von Carryboy?


    Schale hatte ja zumindest in 2017 das so montiert, wenn ich den damaligen Beitrag richtig verstehe.


    Für eine Rückmeldung oder Erfahrungswerte wäre ich sehr dankbar.
